Public and charter high school debate teams from all over Philadelphia compete in the final match with an award ceremony at The University of Pennsylvania.   The Finals is on Wednesday, April 3rd, from 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm.    To register, please get in touch with debate@phillyasap.org for more info.
