Donor-Advised Funds
ASAP can receive donations from donor-advised funds (DAFs) directly online through DAF Direct or by mailed check. Please make checks payable to ASAP/After School Activities Partnerships. Our EIN is 26-3639206. To allow us to acknowledge your gift, please provide your name and/or fund name and address.
In-Kind Donations
If you or your organization is interested in donating venue space/refreshments for tournaments and events, Scrabble or chess supplies, or any other item, please contact Cara Lahr, our Development & Communications Manager. In-kind donors will receive recognition on our social media pages.
Matching Gift
Many employers match donations to charitable organizations for their staff, staff family members, and retired employees. Employer matching gifts can double or even triple your donation to ASAP!
If your employer uses a Matching Gift form, please complete the form and return it to: ASAP (1617 JFK Blvd., Suite 1855, Phila., PA 19103) or send to ASAP’s Development & Communications Manager Cara Lahr.
United Way Donor’s Choice
United Way Donor’s Choice program lets donors direct their gift to their preferred nonprofit through a workplace campaign. Talk to your employer about how you can give through United Way!

Sponsorship
Are you a corporation, foundation, or individual interested in supporting one of ASAP’s programs, trips, or events? Is there a specific school you’d like to support our programs at? Sponsorship benefits may include naming rights, logo on print & online materials, and social media promotion.

Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC)
The Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) provides companies with a 75% tax credit for donations to a non-profit scholarship or educational improvement organization. The tax credit increases to 90% if the company commits to making the same donations for two consecutive years. ASAP is an Educational Improvement Organization (EIO), eligible to receive contributions from the state’s Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) program.

Peer-to-Peer Fundraising
Peer-to-peer fundraising empowers individuals to raise money for a cause via online fundraising pages and social media, maximizing the impact of an individual gift.
An easy way to host your own peer-to-peer fundraising campaign is on Facebook! Whether it’s your birthday, a holiday, or a random Wednesday, you can invite your family, friends, and co-workers to support your favorite charity from your profile page.
