    Public and charter high school debate teams from all over Philadelphia compete in a 6-match season from November through February in The Philadelphia Scholastic Debate League.     Public and Charter middle school debate clubs from all over Philadelphia compete in a debate tournament where students participate in three rounds of public forum debate ending with a fun award ceremony.
