Children’s Advocacy Project of Philadelphia: Another good resource

One Stop Shop: Exists to assist both start-up and existing child
care and after school youth program operators with answers about licensing,
regulatory zoning and other questions in order to expand the city's capacity
to provide quality services for youth in safe environments. Bi-lingual

Out-of-School Time Resource Center: OSTRC is part of the University
of Pennsylvania’s School of Social Policy and Practice and promotes out-of-school
